CORONAVIRUS
During the coronavirus pandemic, many of you will be feeling added strain, particularly if you are living in a country which is experiencing lockdown - as we are here in France. I hope very much to be able to help, and I'm offering discounted packages and easier payment options for the duration of the medical crisis. To find out more, click here.

Special times
At the moment the world is experiencing a major shock, and some of us will cope with that better than others. For many it will be a time of challenges, for others perhaps a chance to see life differently; for example, there are already many stories of people relating to each other in new ways. How can we best navigate these special times?
Challenges
Living in a pandemic will likely throw up a range of troubled emotions, and bring us practical challenges as we seek to protect ourselves and others, cope with changes in our work and social life, and perhaps even experience compulsory quarantine at home. Our relationship with others - and with ourselves - will likely be severely tested.
Opportunities
While none of us would have chosen this, change does tend to free up the mind to think in new ways, so this will be a time when we will also ask ourselves important questions. This can make the coaching process particularly fruitful, as we search for new and improved ways to live our lives, both now and after the crisis has subsided.

Special prices and conditions
It's my hope during this time to be able to offer help to all those who seek it, specifically:
- If you live in a country (or state) that is on lockdown (i.e. you are not permitted to leave your home except for a few very restricted reasons), I can offer you coaching at a discount of 25%.
- Wherever you live, I'm temporarily relaxing the requirement that you pay for a minimum of three sessions, so you can pay for one session at a time if you prefer. [Please note that, if you do just book in for a single session, I won't be able to offer my usual money-back guarantee after the first session.]
- As always, there's a free consultation before we start to see if coaching is right for you.
- You can find the general terms and conditions on the Coaching page here.
